I have lived in the Saratoga Springs area for over 25 years. For the last 10 years, I have been a REALTOR® with KW Platform. I became an Associate Broker in 2023, and I earned my SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation in 2024. I help buyers and sellers in all areas of the Capital District - from Guilderland to Glens Falls and all areas in between! While I work with buyers and sellers of all ages, my focus is on the senior market, supporting, guiding and resourcing clients over 55 years of age. I understand that buying and selling a home can be an emotional and daunting process. I’m here as your advocate from the first meeting to the closing table, making the transaction as easy and stress-free as possible. My network of strong partners in the senior industries provide support and resources that seniors may need - estate attorneys, home health aides, placement specialists, downsizers, etc. I am connected to KW agents across the US and Canada, and happy to connect you with an agent in the area where you or your family may be moving. Kirstin has helped buyers and sellers in all parts of the Capital District - from Guilderland to Glens Falls and all areas in between! She has lived in Saratoga Springs/Wilton for well over 20 years and, prior to her work in real estate, she worked in higher education at both Union and Skidmore Colleges. She lives in Wilton with her husband, Darren, and her 3 active kids. She is an active member of the Rotary Club of Saratoga Springs, working with the Board of Directors, the annual Home & Lifestyle Show and the Scholarship Committee.
